In honor of #WCW (WorkoutCrushWednesday), we want you to do 10-20 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training for your cardio workout today. This is a fitness challenge, so make sure you are physically capable of performing this exercise prior to participating. To figure out your
High and Low Heart Rate Ranges, use the following formula:
220 (-) Your Current Age = Estimated Max Heart Rate
For your Heart Rate Ranges:
Estimated Max Heart Rate (x) .65 = 65% of MHR          and          Estimated MHR (x) .85 = 85% of MHR
